My brother appeal for a divorce in a court but on going a notice to my Bhabi house. She did an FIR against my brother of a false case of POCSO Act. Now my brother is in jail is there any solution through which we get the order of divorce from the court through x party and what is the procedure of this?

There is no limitation. of time for Ex-parte order It depends in the party After expare evidence Court may pass ex-parte order.if satusfied.If not satisfied may dusmissed the petition also .

On filling Divorce case.If other party does not appear in court then.The Court may pass Ex-party order.
