register your marriage with marriage registrar and there is option of name change in that. fill in changed name on that. that certificate is used as proof of name change and can be used any where.

after change of the name through gazette publication u need not necessary to change in Aadhaar etc., if you want u can change ,but not compulsory. Copy of gazette notification is enough as a evidence in all occasion.

A person can change his name specially she due to marriage or other reason, but she should have to follow the procedure, first Shi have to publish the change in news paper &then she have to file an affiliate before executive magistrate regarding the change & after concern office es ,

Advocate Sri Gowraraju is right there is procedure to be followed for Gazette publication and after publication changes can be made in Adhar card etc.

not correct.change of name only published in the Govt gazette ,then only it is valid.
