It's advisable for you to first of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either stop all these harassment or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if they fail to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a FIR against the culprits.

I understand this is a very stressful and scary situation. Here's what you can do to deal with your uncle's threats: 1. Immediate Safety: Don't engage with your uncle: Responding to his threats might escalate the situation. Block his number from your phone. Inform your family: Let your close relatives (except those in Etawah) and trusted friends know what's happening. Having a support system is crucial. 2. Legal Action: File a police complaint: Visit the nearest police station and file a First Information Report (FIR) against your uncle. Mention the specific threats he made and the harassment you've faced. Restraining order: Discuss the possibility of a restraining order with the police. This can legally restrict your uncle from contacting or coming near you and your family. 3. Security Measures: Consider temporary relocation: If you feel unsafe returning to your hometown, explore staying with a trusted friend or family member outside Etawah for a while. Increase home security: If you decide to return to your house, consider installing security cameras or a doorbell camera. Let your neighbors know about the situation and ask them to keep an eye out for anything suspicious. 4. Documentation: Record the calls: If it's safe to do so, record any future threatening calls from your uncle. This can be valuable evidence for the police. Keep a log: Maintain a written record of the threats, including dates, times, and the exact nature of the threats.
