Non Payment Of Salary Since 4 Months

what are the ipc laws regarding non payment of salary . since my employer hasn't payed my salary since 4 months I am resigning from the company. And I don't want to serve the notice period for a month because the employer didn't pay my previous salary so what's the point in working there for 1more month.
