My divorce case is running for the last ten years & no settlement is done till now as she is not ready to settlement. I have done a second marriage & having a kid with the second one. First one has received some pics of mine with my second wife in a group photo from social media & now threatening for imprisonment as my divorce case is still pending. Please guide and support

Dear, Mukesh, As per Hindu law latest changes made a Hindu married person can have a second marriage, there was rule earlier that a Hindu married person cannot get a second marriage when the first wife is alive now as per the recent amendment in the Hindu Marriage Act.
