How To Request For Marriage Counseling

Hi, My wife and their family has put a legal case on me and my family, 498, DVC. She is following her family foot steps and harassing me and my family. We are attending the court from past 6 months. I would like to know if there is any chance of communication with the girl, and have a marriage counseling with her and put the case on hold until the Counselling is done
