Regarding Divorce After 7 Years Of Marriage.

I got married in 2010 but we both are not happy with our marriage.Till the time 7 years and 4 months are passed. She is staying with my parents in my hometown in U.P. since my marriage time and I stay in Mumbai. I keep going to my hometown 3-4 times in a year. I keep giving her survival money, cloths etc and my parents afford her all the expenses but still she misbheaves a lot with my 60+ old age ill parents. Now my wife says that she wants my part of property which is not even on my name. I have no property on my name. My dad is owner of his own property which he has earned with the lifetime hard work in a small service. So I don't even want anything on my name which is earned by my dad's hard work. Due to several issues created by my wife I got sick and lost my job and business too. I got heart issues and now getting treatment of heart and dipression problems from last 6 months. I am struggling a lot to survive and trying to stand again and again in life but getting failed. We have no children. Well we both have no feelings for each other and also I can't afford to stay with her in Mumbai as it's so costly. I have not a single bad feelings for her. We talk each other well like friends but now to avoid ruining both of our lives more I want to get saperate and want her also to start new life but her family side people are greedy and they always keep provoking her against me and my family. I am ready to face anything if I am wrong but I don't want my old age parents to face anything in this age. I want divorce her with mutual understanding. What should I do now? What type of legal actions me and my parents may face from her and her family side. How to avoid that? Any suggestion will be appreciated highly. Thanks a ton in advance
