Unmarried Certificate In Tamilnadu, State Home Department Attestation

I need to create a Single Status/ Bachelorhood certificate in TamilNadu. Seems the process has changed in Tamilnadu, earlier it used to be a notarized affidavit. Now Govt is issuing Unmarried certificate through e-sevai (online service).The Tehsildar/ SDM is not signing any affidavit. Once I have this Unmarried certificate generated online, Tamil Nadu State Home depatment would need to attest before I can send it for Apostille (to use in another country). They are asking for consent letters for future spouse and both set of parents, which I would not be able to get. Could some one help me get this attestation from State Home department.
