Noida’s hypefile Aarushi-Hemraj murder case, which is shaking the whole world along with the country, is again in discussion. In fact, Hemraj’s wife challenged the Allahabad High Court verdict in the Supreme Court of the release of doctor Rajesh and Nupur Talwar in the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case,

Hemraj’s wife Khumkala Banjade said that he is confident that the Supreme Court will do justice to him. With this belief, I have come to Delhi from Nepal.

Hemraj’s wife, Khumkala, in the petition filed in the Super Court on the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case, said that the decision to release was wrong. In this plea, she has appealed to the Allahabad High Court to restore the verdict.

Let us know here that on October 13, two months ago Rajesh and Nupur Talwar were released from Dasna jail. The Allahabad High Court had described the Talwar couple’s base as inadequate. The court had acquitted both the absence of evidence and questioned the CBI probe.

About four years ago, on November 28, 2013, a CBI court in Ghaziabad had sentenced Aarushi’s parents to life imprisonment for their double murder. The Allahabad High Court bench had overturned this decision and ruled the release of the Talwar couple.
