Dear Sir, Lodge a complaint with Police that so and so cheque numbers or cheque book containing signed cheque leaves were misplaced or stolen away. Similar intimation may be given to the Bank. In future if your creditor/s files any case take such contention and continue the litigation till it reaches Supreme Court.
