Reply in BCI exam me seems erroneous registration after 2010 onwards is not criteria but who have passed LL.B before 2010 is the criteria. Make correction if I am at right.

No, BCI is not "Public Authority"under Resolution No. 61/2009. It is a corrupt Institution. They have retained my certificates of Matric, BA & LLB which they received for verification in transfer case and have not returned for want of bribe & have retained my License since 2007 also. I complained to Ministry of law. They told on phone BCI is gang of Badmash. Never send any of your original certificates. They will not return without getting bribe.
