क्या जिनका बार में रजिस्ट्रेशन हो चुका है। उनको भी All India Bar Exam देना है??

नये अधिवक्ता को परीक्षा देना जरूरी है जहाँ तक फ़ीस की बात है सही है पर पाठ्यक्रम की बुक्स भी उप्लबध कराये क्यों की 2011 के बाद बुक्स आना बंद हो गई हैं BCI से

बात एग्जाम पास करने की नहीं है मेरे भाई, कहने का मतलब जिसे कोर्ट में वकालत करनी है, वही इतने पैसे खर्च करेगा न एग्जाम के, जिसे कोर्ट नहीं आना वो शायद फीस देख के न दे एग्जाम, और भीड़ कम हो, समझे।

As per my knowledge who is completed LL.B before 2015.So those advocate does not requiremwnt exam.

those advocates who enrolled in 2010 or after 2010 bar exam are compulsory
