क्या जिनका बार में रजिस्ट्रेशन हो चुका है। उनको भी All India Bar Exam देना है??

2010 के बाद पंजीकृत अधिवक्ताओ को परीक्षा पास करना अनिवार्य है

i know that this is not right but there is some guidelines of bar council of india. it is compulsory and you have to clear the exam.

it is compulsory, and fees is high but those are interested in this field they have to adjust because some people are coming only for name not for real advocate.

हाँ नये एडवोकेट्स का बार में एनरॉलमेंट अस्थाई होता है, aibe एग्जाम के बाद ही वो कन्फर्म होता है। और फीस की क्या बताएँ, ज्यादा तो है पर अच्छा है इससे वही लोग आएँगे यहाँ, जो सच में वकालत करने चाहते हैं। भीड़ कम करनी भी तो जरुरी है।
