I bought a flat in 4 slit apartments in Chennai. Its CMDA approved flat. My UDS has been distributed properly to me. The total land area of my flat is 2207 square feet. Promoter disturbed this UDS among all 4 members and hold 77 square feet and constructed one commercial space. Commercial space is not CMDA approved and not in CMDA plan. Now promoter is planning to sell these 77 square feet at a very higher rate than the market level. We weren't able to buy this. If some third party come and buy this area. During the renovation in the future if that person not corporate to us. Shall we ask him to take his 77 square feet separately and build our new flat? Please address my query and thanks for your support in advance.
