if you are not a party of disputed sale deeds, file a suit for partition and cancellation of sale deeds. no separate suits are required, both reliefs can be demamd in single suit.
u should file a suit for cancellation of that sale deed
sell itself is illegal because of no clear title you file objection in registrar office and file a partition suit
which state u belong? religion?ln my opinion it is the right time to sue him fr ur right over the property. Be keep it prepare all ur property land related documents, death certificates, the address of new purchaser of property, revenue enjoyment documents, and if any legal notice with you. fixing ur claim with low court fee is an art, so choose advocate suited u. if u had expressed consent for the sale of xtra share then all is vein.....although u try it thru court of law. gud luk.
first u file a suit cancellations of the deed immediately & second file partition suit also
please come out with clear discretion of your property and how your grandfather acquired.whether he was alive at time of the said division,in my opinion is, if your grand father is alive at the time of division chances of getting a share is remote, you have to re open the partition.
You didn't clear whether your grandfather is alive? instead of this no clear solution will be there!
Which is the place you belong to. I am at Kochi. Yet I can give you specific advice. You call me at 9037937975. It is because your question is vague as to whether any specific portion of the joint land is sold etc.
in your question u didn't clear that, whether u have signed that sale deeds or not. if u have signed for those deeds, it shows that u have fully conversant with that all transaction. if u didn't signed , u can file a suit to cancel the sale transaction and for partition and declaration in concern civil court and get remedy.
sue the person as soon as possible for permanent injunction and file a partition suit against your uncle...
