question is whether ur grandfather is alive or not? If he alive your uncle has no right to sale any piece of land. Incase ur grandfather is no more.. after his demise the property was partitioned and enjoyed by both yourself and your uncle separately.. ur uncle has no right to sell your share of property.. if he did so.. u may sue against ur uncle and subsequent purchaser... First a fall u should define your relationship properly. However if u got 50/ share on ur grandfather's property.. If ur uncle sold exceed his share.. u can file partition suit to define ur share and boundary of property concerned
