wife of my relative(Anita) had registered four criminal firs in delhi against me and my brothers u/s 376 376d etc in 2014 .all cases were under trial. in between an another woman(Sheela) registered one more fir in UP. against me and my brothers u/s 376 377 etc in 2016.my wife collected some video clips which showed that ANITA and SHEELA are friends .my wife submitted those clip in the police station .my wife filled a complaint case against ANEETA and SHEELA and their husbands under 156(3) and 200 IPC but recently the court dismissed my wife 156(3) application but 200 IPC is still runing .(1) what should My wife do now ? whether she should fight with 200ipc or file revision against court order ?(2) all cases are only for grabing my property and we have sufficient evidence to prove our innocency.both the lady are not attending the trial courts.
