336 Of IPC & Sec 3 Of PD Act - Car Accident

I have met an accident last year wherein I hit a divider and No damage to any third party nor to myself luckily except that Car got completed damaged and it got upside down. Divider got few bricks broken and later Municipal authorities completed the rectification of the divider wall. Police filed an FIR and now I got intimation from court to collect it under 336 of IPC & Sec 3 of PD Act - Car Accident. Now what is the recourse and how serious is this when I did very minor damage and that is also not intentional. That is due to taking right side to avoid an accident when another vehicle overtaking me during that time. Please suggest.
