Hi, We have applied for the bail from the court (KKD), but Investigating Officer and opposition family didn't show up today. The judge gave the new date, which is tomorrow. What if they still don't show up tomorrow, in that case, how can we get the bail.

you immediately file bail in the high court you will succeed in the high court for bail. but it takes 20 days since the file from the lower court has to come to high court
