My wife made fIR against me and my family u/s 498a ,406,506,307,120b for which all my family member got A.B from high court. My AB due in supreme court . My question is can i file prejury case against my wife for being lying and submitting false document to court as i have evidence to prove her lies and evidence against her fabricated document.
