Can I ask the police to submit the chargesheet even after my my friends confirmed ABA granted by session court is cancelled in High Court by application of the complainant not the police.. My friend was on ABA for more than a year before cancellation Are there any other steps?? Except Supreme court Can he surrender directly in court for judicial custody??

Even after cancellation he can obtain fresh AB, No bar for High court to grant AB again, if it satisfied.. The reason for cancellation is important.. You can also ask police or get direction from high court to file final report / Chargesheet within a time frame.
