About Adoption Deed

my uncle had adopted a minor child with registered adoption deed my uncle has expired and my aunt has already expired no only adopted child is live but he is a minor my uncle has some properties but my uncle did not mention the property in his adoption deed.my question is as (1) is adopted child is the only owner of those property left by my uncle?(2) can any one challenged the adoption deed while some compantation (muyabza) has been deposited in favour of the child by district court ?(3) can child natural parents become caretaker those property ?
