You can file pettion in high courrt for stay or quashing the chargesheet.
you can file for quashing ...you need to provide us with the FIR and chargesheet for further advise..
A copy of charge sheet will be served for u, u may file Discharge petition before MM, or try a charge sheet quash b4 High Court..
376D.. they are serious offences.. Have u obtained Anticipatory bail.. If it's a concurring chargesheet and u haven't obtained bail, its open to them to remand you.. If FIR is claimed false, u ought to have filed Quash petition b4 high court.. (for this offence they won't)
