Accused is presenting in the court in case of ipc 279and 337 from the date of filing the case in the court but the plaintiff is not have come on any claim till now from the date of 18th.0ct.2014. and the plaintiff have not also meet with accused from that date. what is the best solution for this type of matter to solve this case.
