I completely agree with adv. baidya. You file a complain under domestic violence act in court as a friend of that girl. But that girls carry responsibility to help you through giving statement..

u can complain to the police station as a neibour or friend to safe her. as like domestic violence .if police does not work then go to crt to file 156(3)

You have no right ,if parents of your girlfriend filed complaint against you in police station then you can face the problem so,wait up to she become major.

File a complaint to women and child protection officer and clearly state all the details. They will do the enquiry and they send that girl to home. Once she attained the age of 18 she can decide to come with you.

Better option for you is to get her away from her home after she complete the age of 18 if she is willing. Ensure that the said action would not constitute the offence of abduction.

Actions under DOMESTIC VIOLENCE Act shall precipitate further complications for you as she will have to further live with her family.

In that case her parents can file an FIR for rape. But since the girl was just above 17 and if she would say that the act was done with her consent, you will be saved or else you are in soup. Try to Win over the mind of the girl. If she slang to her parents side you are in serious trouble. She is a minor.
