Acuted In Judgement

one of my best friend is acuted in judgment and that case was totaly fake rape case, my friend is very brilliant in academics he is topper of university and one 46 yr old lady accused him and there is no prove of rape in "mlc" and that lady was his "baddi maa", she tries to spoil his career and at case filing time my friend was 17 years old. please tell me the right way how to get compensation ? and tell me the suggestions which will be best for him.!
