Adultery is considered as an offence and invasion on the rights of the husband of the partaker by the adulterer. Women here are taken as active participants and enjoying partners through body and self conscious. A persons body and mind is self righteous. No one else has any authority on it. Vice versa adulterers wife also has no right to complain. Law gives rights to both real victims to take it as ground for divorce, if chose so.
