there will be no adverse effect in appealing ...you can take a calculated risk in moving to Supreme court..

Sorry Amit, u donno the attitude of SC .. Quashing is an extraordinary remedy.. problem is time barred.. SC won't entertain and not even hear anything, if the stage of the case is heard.. besides if u wanna try, follow as i said .. Gud luck

Hence no use in approaching SC.. but if u r very determined and the judgment also give scope.. only option is to spend lakhs of money and engage a leading lawyer having star value in SC, whom can make a good attempt.. however chances are limited.. i strongly suggest not to appeal at this stage just waste of money..

Only after perusing the judgment, I can give opinion whether to appeal or not.. but in general Supreme court at this stage will never interfere. It won't even bother the papers they will most probably reject at SLP stage..

Dear Sir, Whether Supreme Court will admit your case. It has rejected many cases at the threshold.

Dear Amit Puri, I would advise you not to show any haste in approaching the Supreme Court. First you get the copy of the judgment and send the same in my email address so as to enable me to give you proper advice in the matter. Kindly click on the "consult" icon against my name in the " Advocates" tab.
