In my case,Session court convinced the accused for 2 years of imprisonment .Muze high court me appeal karna tha to Maine hamare session court ke public prosecutor se bat ki.unhone bola ki mai high court me appeal karunga aur kuch paise liye.judgment 18 September 2017 ko aaya tha,unko appeal ke bare me puchhta hu to wo bolte hai abhi hamare pas bohot time hai.ab to unhone call receive karna bhi band kar diya hai.muze lgta hai ki muze unke dwara fasaya gaya hai taki mera appeal high court me dakhil na ho sake.muze kya karna chahiye please help me.
