it is 354 of IPC & if you don't wants to proceed the matter wants to compromise the said case meet state's Public Prosecutor they will handled it properly.
as well or anticipatory bail has been granted to you cannot be denied by Court until and unless there are reasonable grounds for its cancellation. well if FIR has been lodged on false Grounds then you can approach under section 482 CrPC to the High Court

uh may approach to the high court for quashing under sec 482 crpc .... state all these facts... approach a lawyer...
