Can I Go For Quashing FIR In High Court For Non- Compoundable IPC Section 467,468

Dear Sir, a person has falsely filed a suit against me under IPC section 420, 467 and 46, where I as a bank representative made forgedy in check by converting the amount of Rs. 500 to Rs 2,52000. My bail application got reject in trail Court and as well as in High Court. Now, I want to make compromise with the person who has filed the case. The person is agreed for compromise. But the problem is that the IPC Section 467 and 468 are non-compoundable. However, oppositio's advocate is saying that the FIR can be quashed with the permission of the High Court. According to him, there have been few rulings in which the non-compoundable IPC sections got compromise. The procedure which he told me is as follows: 1. Enter into compromise with the complainant and then file an application before the Trial Court to get the compoundable offences compounded. 2. Then file a quashing petition under section 482 CrPC before the High Court stating that both the parties do not want to continue with the trial since the matter had been compromised. According to him, there are a number of supreme court rulings, where it is stated that if the parties do not want to continue with a criminal trial then the High Court can even quash the non compoundable offences under section 482 CrPC. Please help me on this matter. Is it okay to go with this process. I also want to know if I follow this pricedd, I hope court will not say that if I am entering into compromise stateit means I am guilty. please help.
