Once a false case was registered against me. Then police filed cancellation in the court . Yesterday the Case status shows disposed off with this order copy. "Perusal of the main file titled as â€œJangir Singh Vs. Bhagwant Singh,s COMI-168-2017â€ reveals that in view of the order dated 17.2.2020, the cancellation report has not be accepted by the Ld. Predecessor court of Ms. Jublee, Ld. JMIC, Patiala. As such, inadvertently the present file was being dated separately time and again. The error stands corrected hereby. Since the cancellation report has not been accepted, so the present file stands disposed off accordingly in view of the order dated 17.2.2020. The papers/ file be kept tagged with the main file." Now does this mean that we are proven innocent now or is it against us. can someone explain me? Case Type -Can-Cancellation untrace.

Since, the court has adopted that the cancellation report not accepted , it means that the case will go for trail further . However in the absence of earlier order , cannot suggest .
