    if RC stands in name of firm, then u r the owner.. theft complaint made out.. if it stands in ur wife name as Prop of firm then it become a debatable.. u may need to file suit.. FIR (for theft ) might be quashed, if the car was bought in Firm fund then misappropriation case made out..
