Afalse case of theft has been lodged in to police station under section 457 / 380. Complainant has stated that he has doubt that by brother and 4 others has enterer his house at night when comlpaintant and his family were not present. He states that some documents and ornaments have been theft. My family is surprised and shocked. The case is false. Please guide what to do? What help I could get on Sunday being holiday. Please guide us.
