Case Under Pocso Act

9 months back, i filed a case against my father for violation with sister, under pocso act, i regret that decision by trusting on my sister, 2 months back she ran with guy & married him, currently she is in sangali, my father is on bell now. we wants to close this matter, my sister is ready for that but, that guy is creating a problem. he belongs to political background and having EGO problem with showing over protectiveness for my sister. currently, I'm staying in pune. please help to solve this tragedy. i desparetly need guidance.
