a perons died after taken cash from some lenders...his wife not aware and no evidence available in her record...now lender asking her wife to repay the cash of an amount. her late husband given to lender some stamp paper assurance which are not registered...no proof of cash available that he has taken loan...even lenses might be telling lie...what are remedies available in law for his wife...can lender enforce his wife to repay the money on basis of stamp papers or some post dated cheques

bring available documents to your nearest lawyer to get proper solution. you are hiding something in this issue. Wife is responsible for the loans if any property left by the deceased.
