file complaints u/s 138 N.I.Act and send prior notice before filing the complaint.

you should file a complaint before the judicial magistrate in which jurisdiction cheque has dishonoured . when you have informed the bank that your cheque has dishonoured , you shall give a notice for demanding cheque amount within a period of 15 days from the author of cheque. This notice shall be given within a period of 30 days from the knowledge of dishonour of cheque.

परक्रम्य लिखत अधिनियम की धारा138 के अधीन चेक बाउंस होने पर एक माह के अंदर नोटिस भेज कर नोटिस में दी गयी अवधि समाप्ति के बाद n i act की विशेष अदालत में परिवाद दाखिल करना है।
