my friend arjun who is 15years old solemnise marriage with riya who is 14years old as per hindu marriage and ceremonies... riya's father file a complaint against arjun for rape and kidnapping.. so whether arjun will liable for rape and kidnapping??

Arjun will be liable for rape as Riya is a minor. Kidnapping will depend on Riya's statement u/s 164.
