Company Is Harrasing And Threatening Me

I worked in an educational institution who's head office is in Delhi. due to some issues I used 57000 from company amount and after my resignation they found about it and Said will file a police complaint against me. I spoke to them and deposited in 30000. now again after 1 week they are asking for balance amount which is 27000 and threatening me for police action. even they have my incentives of 9000 , 10 days salary but they are saying since I took money those will be hence forth and will not give me back. I'm begging them but they ain't listening to me. I cannot afford another 27000. what should I do?
