Consultancy Cheating By Name Of Job

I was cheated by a consultancy saying that he will give a job opportunity in big company . he makes time pass from me saying that you should pay some amount to me for getting your interview schedule, and for mail purpose . and at last he did not give me a job and also he did not give me any money . please help me for getting my money back I have proofs like cheques,and the mails with me is these will be useful for me .how i should proceed
