Counter Complain After FIR

Case Brief Facts; FIR registered U/s 323, 325, 506 & 34 of IPC against 3 persons, all are on bail. FIR Case is for prosecution evidence stage. Now one accused lady has filled counter complaint u/s 323, 354, 504 & 506 IPC against complainant & his parents after 1 month u/s 156(3) in which Magistrate order NO GROUND TO SEND THE SAME FOR REGISTRATION OF FIR IS MADE OUT, PRAYER DECLINED, HOWEVER COMPLAINT IS AT LIBERTY TO EXAMINE WITNESSES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUMMONING OF ACCUSED. In this only wife & her husband has examined themselves, now complaint case is at the argument stage for the summoning of accused (Who is the complainant in FIR case). Please advise. 1. Can at this stage accuse (Who is the complainant in FIR case) bring the hidden fact in the knowledge of court that FIR has already registered, they are facing trail & to make pressure they did this false complaint. 2. What other remedies available to avoid this false case. Please please help & advise
