Dear Sr, It is not known whether it was anticipatory bail or regular bail. You have to take copies of rejected bail order and find out the grounds on which it can be challenged otherwise the HC will confirm the orders of Sessions Court.

सेसंन कोर्ट के जमानत (धारा ३३९ दप्रसं) आवेदन खारिच होने के आदेश की सत्यापित छाया प्रति के साथ उच्चन्यायाल में जमानत आवेदन पेश कर सकते हैं।
