You can Lodge a police complaint for cheating and file a criminal case for breach of trust, cheating etc with Judicial Magistrate First class in your nearest Criminal Court where the jurisdiction falls. Also you can file a Summary suit for recovery of money with interest to Civil Judge Junior Division in your nearest Civil Court where the jurisdiction falls.

civil court which have local jurisdiction u have to approach there for injunction.
