    immediate file an regular bail application to the concern court .... no uh will not get the money bail bond money... the amount of bond will b depend upon the judge... in this matter burden of proof lies to the prosecution if they fail to provide enough evidence than sure he will get acquittel ... we have an associate's come to our. chamber at karkardooma court ...so we may further guide uh the best....

    Dear Sir, It is very simple, apply for anticipatory bail in HC since he is in service it will be granted on cash security of Rs.10,*Phone*to Rs.50,*Phone*If allegations are false then file another application under section 482 CrPC and get a stay on the said investigation and ultimately it may be quashed.

    Apply for bail first.. Then court will impose condition.. Court may or may not impose money deposit condition.. usually court will impose 50% amount..

    sir he has to get bail from court, the advocates fees and surety is only required, if he has stolen the amount will be recovered from him in the investigation and produced in court, if the prosecution fails to prove the offence he will be acquitted.
