A man is being prosecuted u/s 376 IPC n 8 POCSO Act. He is totally innocent. During investigation his DNA samples not taken. Non-compliance with 164(5)(A) CRPC. 7 witnesses appeared. Will it b wise to move an application before court to do DNA Profiling on his person?

Is any semen / hair / blood sample taken by Prosecution?.. Whether it is wise or not depends on the deposition of the witnesses and evidences and other case papers. only ur advocate can assess the situation.. can't give opinion in general..
