  • The offenses charged against your brother are mainly forgery and cheating. If forgery is not proved, automatically cheating is nullified. Unless there are clear evidences forgery will not stand the test of law. Charges would be that your brother faked or forged mark sheet of the qualification required. Better you file a bail application in the Sessions court of the district. I am sure he will get bail.
