You can contact me for help . Challenge the chargesheet under Section 482 CrPC (inherent powers of High Court) for being illegal. Challenge the arrest as unlawful (since arrest procedure was under BNSS instead of CrPC). Seek discharge or at least correction in procedure before trial begins.

Yes on the commencement of new law 1.7.24 if the investigation is pending under CRPC until the court takes cognizance on police report or if further it will be under CRPC only and the chargesheet will be filled under CRPC only and if further investigation is ordered in that pending case it will be done under the provisions of CRPC only. U can challenge the chargesheet filled under BNSS. Contqct me for any help.
