the date was given for charge frame against all accused , husband and relatives in 498a , I filled discharged now without any result of discharge aur without rejecting judge is asking me to bring all accused aur he will issue wareents against all... my question is 1 . can he frame charge against all without rejection discharge petition. 2. can he cancell bail and issue wareents 3. As my mom is having serious health issue and she is hospitalize and 24 hour on oxygen ,last time we took her on wheel chair and oxygen and now she is admitted to hospital still he wants her to come to court ....what shall I do

in case exemption application is not allowed and accused are not appearing then Court can cancel the bail and issue warrant

Dear Sir, Some judges behave rudely in such cases you may immediately approach High Court either for transfer of the case or get a direction to him to pass orders on discharge application.

you all can go except your mother and yiu can file exemption application for her only. But if you all accused will not go to the court then judge has right to cancel bail or to issue warrent .
