you can go to the palghar area District Court and file a case of nullity and void of your marriage under Child Marriage Prohibition Act 2006 .in this case you have only prove that you are minor( below 18 years) at the time of your marriage , and now you cannot continue the marriage. In this case you have to prove you are minor , by date of birth certificate or school's records birth certificate. I think you did love marriage. you can do it up to the age of 20 years.
