u first get the order of magistrate Court when he was presented before the court
I don't think there is any fault on part of doctor as the incident told by you
if the court has already ordered him to sent on judicial custody for 15 days. then it may be possible that bail application will be filed after 15 days.
no no. u can file anytime and it is court's power to grant bail on the same day or the court will reject the bail application.
after arresting the person . police have to produce him before court within 24 hours. what's the court order of that day when he was presented before magistrate ? you have to file the bail application in the same court itself.
